Terms & Conditions – 7AM Agency

Welcome to 7AM Agency. These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the services offered by 7AM Agency.. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.


Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

  • 7AM Agency offers a wide range of event services, including but not limited to:
  • - Event production and management
  • - Business-to-business (B2B) event services
  • - Communication and promotional strategies
  • - Event staffing services
  • - Artist bookings
  • - Venue sourcing and coordination

2. Bookings and Contracts

2.1. Service Agreement

Upon engaging 7AM Agency for services, a formal service agreement or contract will be provided to outline the scope of work, project timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. You must sign and return this agreement to confirm your acceptance of our services.

2.2. Changes to Services

Any changes or additions to the services provided must be requested in writing. Additional services may be subject to extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1. Quotes

All quotes provided by 7AM Agency are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The final cost of services may vary based on changes to the event requirements or additional requests made by the client.

3.2. Payment Terms

    • - A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon signing the contract to secure the booking.
    • - The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days after the event unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
  • - Late payments may incur additional charges.

3.3. Payment Terms

All prices quoted exclude applicable taxes and third-party service fees unless otherwise specified. The client is responsible for any additional costs related to third-party services, including but not limited to venue fees, artist fees, and staffing.

4.2. Rescheduling

4.1. Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to 7AM Agency. The following cancellation fees will apply:
    • - More than 30 days prior to the event: 50% of the total cost.
  • - 15–30 days prior to the event: 75% of the total cost.
  • - Less than 15 days prior to the event: 100% of the total cost.

  • The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates, but rescheduling may incur additional fees, especially if third-party vendors or venues are involved.


4.3. Cancellation by 7AM Agency

We reserve the right to cancel or modify services in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide alternative solutions or a refund proportional to the work completed.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Collaboration

You agree to provide 7AM Agency with all necessary information, materials, and access in a timely manner to ensure smooth event planning and execution. Any delay in providing these may impact the project timeline and costs.

5.2. Permits and Licenses

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all relevant permits, licenses, and permissions are secured for the event unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.

5.3. Health & Safety

The client must ensure that all necessary health and safety measures are in place for the event, including but not limited to first aid, crowd control, and fire safety, in compliance with local regulations.

6. Third-Party Services

7AM Agency may engage third-party service providers, including but not limited to venues, artists, caterers, and staffing agencies. While we will liaise on behalf of the client, we are not responsible for any actions, delays, or failures of these third-party providers.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1. Liability

7AM Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered.

7.2. Insurance

The client is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for the event, including but not limited to public liability, event cancellation, and property damage.

8. Force Majeure

7AM Agency is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Confidentiality

Any proprietary information, business strategies, or confidential materials shared by the client with 7AM Agency will remain confidential. Likewise, any proprietary event strategies or materials provided by 7AM Agency will not be shared with third parties without express written permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, concepts, and ideas developed by 7AM Agency in relation to your event remain the intellectual property of 7AM Agency unless otherwise stated in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purposes of the agreed-upon event.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.

12. Amendments

7AM Agency reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
