Zaal AthenA, located in the Koninklijk Atheneum Antwerpen, is a historic venue with a rich past. Originally part of a school founded by Napoleon in 1807, the hall was severely damaged by a devastating fire in 2003, destroying much of its artistic decor. After extensive renovations, it reopened in 2014, preserving the fire's dramatic remnants as part of its unique charm. Today, it serves as a cultural and event space, hosting conferences, exhibitions, and gatherings, blending history with modern functionality. We hosted two full productions at this location on Friday and Saturday.
